Tim Newburn is currently writing the ‘Offi cial History of Criminal Justice’ with David Downes and Paul Rock, and continues to work (with Andrew Ward) on a book entitled Orderly Britain: How We Solve Our Everyday Problems from Dog Mess to Double Parking.
